NCA granted cybedtools written permission on 2026-09-20 to ingest and redistribute the content on three conditions: NCA cited as issuing body and source, everything taken from the document carried verbatim with no paraphrase or in-house translation, and anything cybedtools derives marked as derived rather than presented as NCA content.

Caveats

  • The hierarchy edges between job role, specialty area, and category are cybedtools’s own derivation, not a structure NCA published as edges. They are marked as derived per the terms of NCA’s permission.
  • NCA’s grant named an earlier edition (SCyWF – 1: 2020) that NCA no longer publishes; the current 1.5: 2026 edition is ingested by owner decision under the same permission.
  • The document’s own disclaimer makes its Arabic version binding for matters of meaning and interpretation. cybedtools ingests the English version only.
